Warranty

Claiming a Warranty Issue

If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty, please contact our support team. Links Mobile Computers will forward the product to the authorized brand or service center on behalf of the customer. Approval or rejection of the warranty claim is determined by the brand’s policy.


Defective / Faulty Products

Defective products under warranty are sent to the brand or distributor for inspection. A warranty claim may be rejected if the product has been:

  • Physically damaged

  • Exposed to water damage or power surges

  • Installed incorrectly or misused

  • Returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice


Replacing Faulty Equipment

Replacement or repair is only possible after verification by the authorized service center. The warranty process typically takes 15–20 working days to complete, depending on the brand’s policy.


Warranty Eligibility

Warranty applies only to products that have warranty information clearly stated on the product page. Products without warranty details are not covered. An original purchase invoice is required for all warranty claims.

Returns

Products That Do Not Match Description

At Links Mobile Computers, we prioritize quality and transparency. If a product does not match the description on our website, customers can contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Products must be unused, unopened, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, and invoice.


Unboxing Video Proof

Customers are advised to record a continuous unboxing video when receiving their parcel. This video serves as proof that the product was received faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Return or exchange claims will not be accepted without video proof. The video should start before the package is opened.


Tampered or Damaged Package

If the parcel seal appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept the parcel. Contact our support team immediately to have the issue resolved promptly.
